At FINAL ARC STUDIO, all products are made-to-order and fulfilled through our production partners. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.

Order cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive:

a damaged item
a defective item
or the wrong product

clear photos of the issue
your name and contact information

If approved, we may provide a replacement at our discretion.

SIZING DISCLAIMER

Please review all sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

We are not responsible for sizing issues, including:

items that do not fit
incorrect size selection by the customer
preference-based fit concerns

All garments may have slight measurement variances due to manufacturing tolerances.

shipping carrier delays
lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers
